Who are we?
Blake Grounds Services was established in 2018 by Harraton Blake with three main objectives:
Provide an aesthetically pleasing grounds maintenance service.
Provide fair costs and realistic project timelines which clients can trust.
Raise the service standards within the industry for the benefit of our clients.
Harraton’s background in grounds maintenance and landscaping spans more than two decades. In that time, he has worked on all types of sites including housing associations, schools, healthcare facilities and more. That wealth of knowledge informs every aspect of our exceptional service offering today.

1. Assessment
We review your site, understand your needs and develop a tailored plan which includes all immediate and long-term works.
2. Preparation
Once the assessment is complete, we will create a detailed schedule and provide information about exactly what we will do and when.
3. Work
The work begins on time and all agreed services are carried out in full by a professional and reliable grounds and maintenance team.
4. Report
Detailed job sheets are issued as formal evidence of completed works and can be distributed to one or multiple client contacts.
5. Waste management
We collect and remove all waste from the site that has been generated by our service. All green waste is 100% recycled with our trusted waste management partner.
6. Review and refine
We constantly review our service and refine it to ensure that it adheres to the original plan and is meeting your needs.

Digital reporting
A dedicated job management system is used to capture and record operational data in real time. Detailed job sheets are issued as formal evidence of completed works and can be distributed to one or multiple client contacts.
Each job sheet confirms the site visit date, scope of works undertaken, and includes photographic verification. Reporting is issued in accordance with the agreed site visit frequency.
